Okay so we may not be living in a 90’s sitcom but we have loads of stories to share and some of them are sitcom worthy. What’s our story?

In 2013 Ashleigh & Tyson welcomed their son into the world and soon it was time for Ashleigh to return to work. While considering an at-home hair setup Ashleigh found a listing for the hair salon she completed her work experience at. -Located on the corner of the street where Ashleigh & Tyson first met and across the road from their first house together… That’s got to be a sign right?

Ashleigh quickly called the guy on the ad who agreed to meet her at 11pm that night!

NO Red Flags here…

By the next morning Ashleigh was the new owner of one very dirty, abandoned salon and this is where the real story of Avanti Hair & Beauty begins.

Avanti literally translates to “Forward” or “Come in” and that’s exactly what Avanti meant to Ashleigh & Tyson. Moving forward with their lives and welcoming people in. Creating a family friendly, safe space with a focus on looking and feeling good at affordable prices was key!

Now, almost 10 years later Avanti Hair & Beauty has grown into the place we know and love. Since moving to Main South Road in 2018 Avanti became a Sustainable Salon! -Find out more about this and why we choose the brands we use in our *Why Choose Avanti* section.
We also offer more services, products, and experience than ever before! We even take hair donations that are turned into wigs for childhood cancer patients.
